The Mediation Institute appoints mediators with the right expertise to help you solve your dispute. We take care all the practicalities and ensure that the mediator’s neutrality and impartiality. Subsequently we evaluate the mediation proces to make sure you are fully satisfied.
All of our mediators are lawyers with certified mediation training. The mediators comply with The Danish Mediator Lawyers’ ethical rules as well as The Danish Bar & Law Society’s Code of Conduct including rules on confidentiality and deadlines for completion of the mediation.

What you need to do:
- Agree with the other party on mediation.
- Fill out the form below. Describe in a few words what the conflict is about and let us know if you have special wishes with regard to the mediator (i.a. legal specialization, geography etc.)
What we do:
- We appoint and arrange contact to a mediator that matches your requests.
- We ensure the mediator’s neutrality an impartiality
- We prepare the case for the appointed mediator.
- We evaluate the mediation subsequently.
