The Mediation Institute offers MI Cooperation Agreements to associations, organizations, authorities, companies, etc. to provide parties in conflict an easy access to fast, cheap and effective ways of resolving their conflicts.
If you have entered into a MI Cooperation Agreements there is a discount on the administration fee. The cost of a mediation pursuant to a MI Cooperation Agreement is DKK 12.500 + VAT.
The price covers half a day of mediation (up to 4 hours) and the mediator’s ordinary preparation. If additional time is needed to prepare and/or finalize the mediation, complementary hours are billed at DKK 2.500 + VAT per hour.
The mediation usually takes place at the premises of the MI Partner or at the mediator’s office.
